Another healthy thing to do is can your own beans and when you can’t, buy the dried beans. Soak them in water first and the water soak pulls the bacterial cultures that normally exist on the beans off and makes for a less upset stomach… less gas and more digestible!

I chopped up one small organic eggplant, I put that into a jar and covered with organic apple cider vinegar. Put it in fridge with a lid on it. Kept it there 5 days shaking it often. After the fifth day I shook well and strained the fluid off. I bought an inexpensive scent free lotion. I got a small bottle with a pump lid, hand soap pump bottle to be exact, washed it out. Then I put about a half a cup of the lotion in a bowl and poured some of the apple cider vinegar, eggplant infused liquid into it and whisked till smooth. The consistency of a liquid soap. Then I funneled mixture into small pump bottle and keep it in fridge. I put unused apple cider vinegar eggplant mixture back in fridge so as to make more of my mixture with lotion when needed. I use it twice a day on areas where I have lots of sun exposure. My face arms and chest. One side benefit from using this is that it is lightened some age spots. Apple cider vinegar is great for your skin. I personally have had no skin irritation from it. Maybe because it is mixed with the lotion. This mixture and my batch of apple cider vinegar and eggplant will keep in fridge about 3 months. I keep the one mixed with lotion in fridge as well. Only time will tell if it is doing me any good but it can't hurt.

Oh wow that’s cheap, sometimes our grocery store has them half price cause they’re extra right that’s what I always look for But sometimes it doesn’t happen that often unfortunately. I know how many bananas they throw away and it saddens me. Maybe I’ll try to talk to the produce manager and see if I can work a deal with them to save the ones that they’re gonna throw away
